4. USER INFORMATION
We reserve the right to cancel your booking if, at our sole discretion, we find the language or information provided to be inappropriate, obscene, offensive, inaccurate, fake or otherwise objectionable. By accessing our Site, you affirm and warrant that:
- All information you submit will be true, accurate, current and complete.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and refuse any and all current or future use of the Site (or any portion thereof).
5. AREAS WE COVER
We primarily accept bookings within the Inner London area, covering the E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W and WC postcode districts. We may consider bookings in the following Outer London postcode areas: IG, RM, DA, BR, CR, SM, KT, TW, UB, HA, WD and EN. In such cases, an additional £39+VAT travel fee applies. We do not undertake jobs in any areas not explicitly mentioned above.
Key collection is free of charge within a 3‑mile radius from the property. If the key‑collection address is outside this 3‑mile radius, clients must use an alternative method of access, such as meeting us at the property, providing access codes or leaving the keys at a nearby KeyNest location. If key collection is selected, the appointment will be treated as a flexible booking, meaning we may collect the keys at any time during working hours on the scheduled day, regardless of the time slot selected.
In addition, where aerial photographs, or videos are requested, the Client acknowledges that certain properties may be located within legally designated no-fly zones or restricted airspace. If Prime Perspectives is unable to operate drones or capture aerial materials due to aviation laws, airspace restrictions, or other legal prohibitions, Prime Perspectives shall not be held liable for the non-delivery of such materials, and this shall not constitute a breach of contract or give rise to any right to a refund or compensation.
6. BOOKINGS
Bookings are processed on a first‑come, first‑served basis and can only be accepted through our dedicated booking system at www.bookings.primeperspectives.com. However, we may provide availability information through other channels (email, phone, social media). It remains the Client’s responsibility to select the appropriate services that meet their specific requirements. Prime Perspectives cannot be held responsible in the event of client dissatisfaction with the results or the selection of an inappropriate service, irrespective of the client’s ability to utilise it.
If the Client completes the booking form with incorrect or missing information, they are accountable for any resulting delays, cancellations, errors or missing materials. All bookings are confirmed only when the Client receives the confirmation email. Clients must arrange access to the property and all requested areas, ensuring that the property is prepared for the scheduled work before booking any job with Prime Perspectives. Prime Perspectives is not accountable for photographs not taken due to the Client’s failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation. Clients must provide clear instructions, and any revisits necessitated by incomplete or inaccurate instructions will be at the Client’s expense.
7. ACCESS, CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
Orders cancelled or rescheduled more than 24 hours before an appointment will incur no charge. If cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, a £39+VAT cancellation fee will apply. We reserve the right for our representatives to have a 60‑minute window to arrive owing to the large area we cover and potential transport complications.
Delays may occur. If a Prime Perspectives representative is delayed and unable to start the job for more than 30 minutes due to circumstances beyond our control, such as
- locked doors,
- incorrect keys,
- ongoing construction,
- cleaning activities,
- adverse weather,
- scheduling issues,
- incorrect address or occupier obstruction
a £39+VAT cancellation fee will apply, and the booking will be cancelled. Clients must rebook through our Site. Prime Perspectives reserves the right to adjust appointment times based on the method of access (keys from concierge, agent’s office, key safe) for maximum efficiency.
7.1. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if such delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control (including acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, industrial disputes, lockouts, accident, war, fire, breakdown of plant or machinery, legislative or administrative interference, pandemic or epidemic, failure of energy sources, failure of transport network, telecommunications failures, technical or network issues or any other force‑majeure‑type event). Where possible, we will inform you of such events and take reasonable steps to mitigate their impact.
8. SECURITY & KEYS
A property from which keys are collected will be left in the same condition as found. If any doors or windows are not securely locked, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the Client and seek their instructions. Keys collected will be returned as promptly as possible, although immediate return cannot be guaranteed after the appointment. If the Agent’s office is closed or inaccessible, the keys will be deposited through the agency’s letterbox or left at a pre‑arranged secure location. Upon request, we can supply video proof of locking and securing the property.
9. CLEANING & PREPARATION OF THE PROPERTY
Prime Perspectives is not responsible for cleaning any property before, during or after the production of marketing materials. The Client must ensure the property is cleaned and prepared before the scheduled appointment. If the occupier, Client or Agent begins cleaning at the start time, we cannot be held responsible if there is insufficient time to fulfil all the Client’s requests. Each on‑site service includes a maximum 30‑minute time allovance for properties up to 2,000 square feet. Prime Perspectives cannot be held accountable if, due to obstruction by the occupier, Client or Agent, we are unable to fulfil the ordered services.
Revisions required due to a cluttered or messy property may incur an additional fee. The Client should refer to any cleaning guidelines published on our Site or included in pre‑appointment communications.
10. PHOTOGRAPHY
10.1. CLIENT INSTRUCTIONS AND COVERAGE
The Client must request a sufficient number of images and specify the necessary spaces to be captured to meet their requirements. Prime Perspectives is not liable if the Client fails to specify the required number of images. If the requested number of images does not cover the entire property and no specific instructions are provided, Prime Perspectives will determine which photographs to deliver and which to omit. Clients must provide detailed instructions within the booking form if specific images are required. Parts of the property that are not internal or immediately obvious (communal gardens, garages, shared drive spaces or storage areas) must be mentioned in the booking. We cannot be held accountable for not capturing these spaces if they are not specified.
Prime Perspectives will deliver the best possible images based on the type of photo shoot booked. Unless the estate agent or Client is present at the session, we will determine what images are taken. We encourage clients to attend or provide clear instructions if they have specific or unusual shots in mind. Failure to attend or specify shots means we cannot be held responsible for not taking images we were not instructed to take.
10.2. PROPERTY “AS IS”
On arrival we will photograph the property as is. Any staging or preparation (such as arranging furniture or styling) is the Client’s responsibility. We edit all images before delivery to produce a consistent, professional look. Additional editing, such as item removal, virtual staging or significant alterations is chargeable on a per‑photo basis. Clients may request pricing for such services in advance.
10.3. AI‑BASED ENHANCEMENTS
Prime Perspectives may enhance, alter or modify visual materials using advanced image processing technologies, including AI‑based and large language model powered image‑generation tools, for purposes such as (but not limited to) lighting adjustments, weather enhancement, object removal, virtual staging, decluttering, or other visual improvements. Such enhancements are intended for marketing and illustrative purposes only and are not intended to misrepresent the property’s actual features or condition.
The Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 prohibit the use of images that contain false information or present the property in a misleading way. We require Clients to ensure that any AI‑enhanced images do not constitute a misleading action or omission and do not omit, hide or fail to state important information that would affect a consumer’s transactional decision. Images should accurately represent the property at the time they are used; if material changes occur over time (deterioration, refurbishment, adjacent buildings added or removed, etc.), outdated images must not be reused.
Clients acknowledge and agree that:
- AI‑generated images are conceptual and for illustrative purposes only; they do not guarantee the precise physical condition, layout or features of the property.
- Where AI has significantly altered or virtually staged a room, we recommend supplying both the original and staged images or clearly labelling the image as “virtually staged” to avoid misleading consumers.
- Prime Perspectives does not verify the accuracy of AI‑enhanced modifications and shall not be liable for any reliance placed on such materials by the Client or third parties. The Client remains responsible for compliance with UK consumer protection laws and property marketing obligations.
- Clients must not edit or alter images provided by us except for resizing or cropping without our prior written permission. Editing of images (other than basic cropping) without our permission is strictly prohibited.
10.4. COPYRIGHT AND LICENCES
All visual materials created by Prime Perspectives during a photoshoot remain our property and are protected under UK and international copyright laws. We grant the Client a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use these images solely for marketing the specific property that was the subject of the shoot.
You may not:
- Use the images for any other property, business or individual (including architects, builders, painters, stylists or other businesses) without our prior written consent.
- Edit, retouch or add elements to the images (except minor cropping) without our written permission.
- Sell, re‑license or otherwise commercially exploit the images.
- Distribute the images via download links or file‑sharing platforms to parties not involved in the property marketing.
All visual materials supplied by Prime Perspectives remain our property at all times and may not be downloaded or used without express permission for any purpose. Unauthorized use or distribution may constitute copyright infringement. Prime Perspectives reserves the right to seek compensation or legal remedies for such infringement.
10.5. INDEMNIFICATION & RELEASES
The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary model releases, property releases or permissions from occupiers, tenants, owners or third parties whose property or likeness may appear in the photographs. The Client will indemnify and defend Prime Perspectives against all claims, liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of the creation or any use of photographs, floor plans, virtual tours, videos, EPCs or other materials furnished by the Client.
11. FLOOR PLANS
All floor plans provided by Prime Perspectives are intended for layout guidance only. We strive to deliver plans that are accurate and faithfully represent the rooms within a property; however, measurements of doors, windows and rooms are approximate and no responsibility is taken for any error, omission or misstatement. We produce floor plans in accordance with recognised measurement standards, including the RICS Code of Measuring Practice, and for representation purposes only. No guarantee is given on the total square footage of the property if quoted on our plans; any figure is for initial guidance only and should not be relied on as a basis of valuation.
Prime Perspectives cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies in measurements and/or calculations. Window and door openings are approximate. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the provided plan accurately reflects the property. Prime Perspectives does not accept liability if the property’s valuation is based on the measurements of the plan. Our pricing covers up to 2,000 square feet; each additional 100 square feet incurs a charge of £3.99+VAT.
Individuals relying on the information provided in the floor plan should conduct a careful, independent investigation of the property to determine its suitability.
11.1. AMENDMENTS TO FLOOR PLANS
Where the Client requests amendments to a floor plan that alter the stated measurements, areas or total size of the property inconsistent with Prime Perspectives’ records, observations, photographic evidence or recognised measurement standards, such amendments are made strictly at the Client’s instruction and risk. The Client acknowledges that such changes may not be supported by verifiable evidence and confirms that Prime Perspectives has not verified the accuracy of the revised measurements. By requesting and approving such amendments, the Client accepts full responsibility and agrees that Prime Perspectives shall have no liability for inaccuracies, misstatements, misrepresentation or consequences arising from the amended measurements, including disputes, complaints, claims or legal action. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Prime Perspectives against any losses, damages, costs or claims arising from reliance on such amended floor plans.
12. VIDEOGRAPHY
Prime Perspectives offers videography services in the following formats.
- Video Tour that includes an external clip and a door-to-door internal video walkthrough of the Property, edited with music and the Client’s logo where applicable.
- Property Reel consists of a short form promotional video created from individual clips and dynamic movements, showcasing the most visually engaging features of the roperty for use on social media and digital marketing platforms.
- Where the Client requests videography services that fall outside these standard formats, the Client must provide detailed written requirements and the Company will issue a bespoke quotation based on the scope of work and the estimated time required for filming and post production, with work commencing only once the quotation has been accepted in writing. If the Client requires specific areas of the Property to be featured, full and clear instructions must be provided within the booking form at the time of placing the order. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, videography services include coverage for Properties up to 2,000 square feet, with an additional charge of £3.99 plus VAT applying for each additional 100 square feet or part thereof. The Company reserves the right to determine the filming style, editing approach, and final output format unless otherwise agreed in writing.
12.1. AI‑ENHANCED VIDEO
Prime Perspectives may edit, enhance, alter or generate elements within video materials using advanced video processing technologies, including AI‑based and large language model powered tools, for purposes such as colour correction, lighting adjustments, stabilisation, reframing, sky or weather enhancement, object removal, audio clean‑up, caption generation or other visual or audio improvements. Such enhancements are intended for marketing and illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee that the resulting videos represent the exact physical condition, layout or features of the property. Clients remain responsible for compliance with UK laws, regulations and industry requirements. By requesting AI enhancements the Client agrees that Prime Perspectives shall not be liable for any reliance placed on such materials by the Client or third parties and that the Client will ensure the materials are not misleading under consumer protection laws.
13. VIRTUAL TOURS & STAGING
Clients will receive the virtual tour in the form of a link, which can be added to property listings or shared across social media and email platforms. Tours are not downloadable and require hosting, which is fully covered by Prime Perspectives. Our pricing includes properties up to 2,000 square feet; each additional 100 square feet incurs a fee of £3.99+VAT.
Virtual staging may utilise AI‑enhanced image‑generation technologies to create, modify or augment visual content for illustrative and marketing purposes. Virtual staging images are intended to demonstrate a potential or conceptual representation of how a property may appear and do not reflect the actual condition, layout, dimensions, fixtures or features. Prime Perspectives does not guarantee that virtual tours or staging outputs will be accurate, complete or free from errors, omissions or inaccuracies. Clients should conduct a physical viewing of the property or obtain independent verification before relying on such materials.
By instructing us to provide virtual tours or virtual staging, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:
- Prime Perspectives is not responsible for informing viewers or third parties that images or tours have been virtually staged or AI‑enhanced. However, to comply with consumer protection law we recommend that clients clearly state when images have been virtually staged or enhanced to avoid misleading consumers.
- The Client remains responsible for ensuring that any AI‑enhanced images used in marketing are no misleading. If a virtual staging image significantly alters structural features, fixtures or room sizes, the Client should disclose this or provide original images alongside staged images.
14. ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATES (EPCS)
If the homeowner or Client has installed underfloor or cavity insulation, solar photovoltaic thermal panels (PVT) or any other relevant features, the appropriate documentation must be readily available for the assessor during the assessment. Where windows have been fitted by a registered fitter, the FENSA certificate must be accessible on the day of inspection. Failure to provide these documents will result in the EPC being created based on data collected at the property and assumptions made by the accredited software.
Clients are responsible for checking if a valid EPC exists on the government website. If a valid EPC is found and the client becomes aware within 24 hours, they are responsible for paying a cancellation fee of £39+VAT. Our energy assessors undergo regular audits by the accreditation body, but we offer no guarantees, warranties or representations regarding the complete accuracy of the EPC. Individuals relying on the information provided in the EPC should conduct an independent investigation of the property. If floor plans and EPC orders are combined, the Client acknowledges that the EPC may not reflect the same size as the floor plan because the EPC is intended to assess energy efficiency, not size.
The owner/occupier agrees that prior to the property visit, either directly or via a third party, it is their responsibility to provide any and all information or access that may be relevant to the inputs of an Energy Performance Certificate. Such information may include access to cellars and lofts and documents such as building control certificates, FENSA certificates and cavity fill certificates.
Although every attempt is made to confirm the accuracy of our Energy Performance Certificates, it is the owner/occupier’s responsibility to inspect and report any inaccuracies within 7 days of the initial appointment. Corrections raised after this period may be subject to a re‑lodgement surcharge. We reserve the right to charge a re‑lodgement fee for amendments made to the EPC at any time up to 3 months after the initial visit where the owner/occupier failed to supply relevant information at or before the assessment. If documentation is submitted more than 3 months after the initial appointment, a new energy assessment will be required.
The standard fee includes coverage for properties up to 2,000 square feet. Any additional space exceeding this limit will be subject to a charge of £3.99+VAT per extra 100 square feet.
15. FAIR USAGE POLICY
To ensure all customers receive equal, high‑quality service without disruption, each on‑site service (including property photos, floor plans, property reels, video tours, virtual tours and EPCs) will have a 30‑minute time limit per service for properties up to 2,000 square feet. For properties exceeding 2,000 square feet, each additional 100 square feet will add approximately one minute per service. This policy provides a general estimate of service duration. Properties over 2,000 square feet must be specified in the booking form to ensure adequate time allocation. Actual time requirements may vary based on the property’s layout and complexity.
To protect our systems and intellectual property, clients are prohibited from systematic or automated data collection (including scraping, data mining or data harvesting) from our materials or Site and from using our services to produce more than a reasonable number of images or floor plans except as agreed in writing.
16. DELIVERY & STORAGE
Prime Perspectives will make every effort to deliver marketing materials by the next working day for properties up to 2,000 square feet. Delivery dates are approximate and may take longer for larger properties or in the event of unforeseen circumstances. We are not accountable for any issues, complications or losses arising from potential delays. Once the completed materials are provided via a download link, the Client is responsible for downloading and securely storing all materials. We are not obliged to retain copies for more than one month. Replacement images or files, where available, may incur a reasonable charge.
17. COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Prime Perspectives retains exclusive ownership of all copyright and other intellectual property rights pertaining to all materials and resources we produce. Usage rights are granted to the Client only upon settlement of the outstanding balance.
Prime Perspectives is authorised to utilise the photographs, floor plans, videos and other materials for advertising and marketing purposes worldwide at any time. This licence does not grant the Client permission to resell any materials to the property owner or related parties. Unauthorised use of Prime Perspectives’ materials or failure to make payment constitutes a breach of copyright.
If the Client requests to view raw photographs or unedited materials, explicit permission from Prime Perspectives must be obtained before downloading or sharing any of these materials.
18. PAYMENT TERMS
Upon settling the full balance, clients gain rights of use of the materials. If payment is not received within seven days, Prime Perspectives retains the right to apply interest (at 8% over the Bank of England base rate) under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998. We also reserve the right to include court or debt‑collector charges in addition to the debt.
Clients who sign up for Direct Debit payment plans will receive invoices for all work completed in the previous month on the first working day of each month. Payment will be due within seven days. If no request for alterations to the invoice is received, we may process payment without prior notice. Existing returning clients without a Direct Debit payment plan must settle the full amount within seven days upon receipt of the invoice. For any outstanding invoices remaining unpaid beyond 28 days, Prime Perspectives will complete confirmed bookings but will hold the materials until overdue invoices are settled. If the Client booked the job on behalf of a third party, it remains the Client’s responsibility to pay the invoice, as we cannot assign invoices to any third party.
Prime Perspectives may request full payment at the time of booking, particularly for large or special projects. Additional charges may apply during production to fulfil the Client’s order. Clients must use the payment link provided and reference the invoice number for correct identification.
19. LIABILITY
Although we hope our Site and services will be of interest to users, we do not accept any liability and provide no warranties or conditions regarding our Site or its content, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or fraudulent actions.
Under no circumstances will Prime Perspectives, the owner or operator of our Site, or any organisation involved in creating, producing, maintaining or distributing our Site or services be liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or breach of statutory duty—even if foreseeable—for any loss of profits, sales, business or revenue; business interruption; anticipated savings; business opportunity, goodwill or reputation; use of or corruption of information; or any indirect or consequential losses.
If we fail to adhere to these conditions, we will only be liable for losses you have directly suffered as a result. We are not liable to you for any other losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, our Site; reliance on any content displayed on our Site; any mistake, fault, failure to do something, missing information or virus on our Site; circumstances outside our control such as interruptions to communication and networks; theft, destruction of information or unauthorised access; or goods, products, services or information received through or advertised on any website linked to from our Site.
20. CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION
Prime Perspectives will keep confidential and will not disclose to any third parties any material or information communicated to us in confidence for the purposes of the assignment. We will process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data‑protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Any personal data or images you provide are handled lawfully, fairly and transparently.
The Client is responsible for checking the final visual materials for any confidential or sensitive information that should not be disclosed and notifying us immediately if such information needs to be removed. We cannot be responsible for the disclosure of such information where the Client fails to highlight it.
21. INSURANCE
Prime Perspectives will take all reasonable care entrusted to us by the Client in order to carry out the photographic and marketing services. We maintain appropriate public‑liability insurance to cover losses or damages while we are on site.
22. NON‑SOLICITATION OF PERSONNEL
The Client agrees that during the term of this Agreement and for a period of 12 months following the termination or expiration of this Agreement, it will not, directly or indirectly, solicit, hire or attempt to hire any employee, contractor or freelancer engaged or employed by Prime Perspectives or any former employee who left Prime Perspectives within the preceding 6 months. In the event of a breach of this clause, the Client agrees to pay Prime Perspectives, as liquidated damages, whichever is greater of:
- 50% of the employee’s gross annual salary (or a fixed fee of £10,000 for subcontractors) or
- an amount equivalent to the total value of all orders placed by the Client in the 12 months preceding the breach.
These fees are in addition to any other remedies that may be available under this Agreement or at law.
23. LAW, UNLAWFUL INSTRUCTIONS & INDEMNITY
If the Client provides Prime Perspectives with instructions that are acted upon in good faith but prove to be unlawful or result in an unlawful act or give rise to any other claim, the Client will indemnify Prime Perspectives for all penalties, damages, costs and legal expenses arising as a result of those instructions.
Prime Perspectives and the Client both acknowledge that the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 control the use of images and photos. The legislation prohibits misleading actions or omissions in advertising and requires that images accurately represent the property. A disclaimer is not sufficient to neutralise a false or misleading trade description unless it is as bold, precise and compelling as the description itself. Therefore, Clients should use caution when requesting AI‑enhanced images or virtual staging and must ensure that marketing materials are not misleading.
Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts. We do not warrant that materials or items for sale are appropriate or available for use outside the United Kingdom; if you access our services from outside the UK, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
24. COMPLAINTS
To submit a formal complaint concerning Prime Perspectives’ services, please send an email to info@primeperspectives.com. We take complaints seriously and will endeavour to respond promptly and work towards a resolution.
